Anotation

President Soekarno felt sad as many wars taking place in regions. He felt uncomfortable to be a Constitution President, as he became a President because of people. According to him, many war happening in regions as there are lots of fake Westerling operating in Indonesia. He proposed to the Constituent Board operating the new administration, establishing the Indonesian National Democracy.
