Anotation

President Sukarno in his welcoming speech at the closing night of the 8th Congress of the Indonesian Teacher's Union (PGRI) on October 30, 1956, reassert what he has said during the Youth Pledge speech at the Palace which was a recommendation to dissolve parties. Because of that recommendation he was accused as a dictator. He refused, because he still a democrat, not the Liberal Democrats instead of the Directed Democrats.
