On March 25, 2604 was held a meeting between the delegation of The Public Worship Group Jakarta, they were Ir. Sukarno, Mr. H. Shimizu and Mr. Sumanang, have objective to establish The Public Worship Service Group in Surabaya. It was taken as the rapid increase of battles in Asia. In his speech, Ir. Soekarno promising for the Indonesian nation the knight spirit to be fostered and highlighted in order to work together with the Japanese people who have knight character, to maintain the Greater East of Asia.
